About the Founder
A Guide on Your Path to Expansion
I founded Abundance Flows Wellness out of a deep-seated belief that healing is an act of reclaiming your power. My journey into the wellness space was born from a realization that traditional therapy often misses the vital spark of the human spirit—and that spiritual practices often lack the grounded structure of psychological science.
My mission is to hold space for your transformation. With a clinical foundation rooted in a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston (Class of 2013) and a heart attuned to the subtle energies of the soul, I bridge the gap between the "seen" and the "unseen." I don't see myself simply as a clinician, but as a dedicated collaborator in your personal evolution.
The Path to Abundance Flows
My career has taken me through the front lines of the human experience—from supporting students in under-resourced schools to navigating the deep complexities of investigative work for Child Protective Services. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have spent over a decade specializing in the delicate landscapes of traumatic loss, grief, abuse, and acute crisis. This intensive clinical background cultivated a unique therapeutic lens: one that is as rigorously grounded as it is deeply empathetic.
Dedicated to Continuous Evolution
I believe that a great guide never stops learning. Driven by a passion for continuing education, I constantly expand my toolkit to bring you the highest quality of integrative care. In 2026, I traveled to Bali to complete my formal Reiki certification, allowing me to masterfully weave energetic assessment into my clinical practice.
When I clear the stagnant energy of the past and realign our mental narratives, we create an "abundant flow" that touches every aspect of life. I am here to help you tune back into your own frequency and lead a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
"I see therapy as a way to reclaim the light we all carry. Everyone deserves a life defined by joy rather than just survival. By finding our own happiness, we don't just heal ourselves—we become a lighthouse for everyone around us."
