I guide you to explore the "whole picture" of your history and upbringing, identifying toxic patterns or limiting beliefs held in the subconscious. Somatic, Energy & Spiritual Integration

Nurturing the Vessel. True wellness requires a regulated nervous system and a free flow of vitality. I incorporate breathwork, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation to combat adrenal fatigue and restore your body’s natural equilibrium. Together, we will explore where stress, emotion, and "stuck" energy manifest physically in your body. This somatic mapping allows us to release tension at its roots, offering a sacred, safe space to honor the deeper connections between your spirit, emotions, and physical health.
